Cancellation of already prepaid order or item(s) in a particular order.
If You wish to cancel any item in Your already prepaid order or full prepaid order You then should e-mail us with Your order number and details, with statement specifying the cause by which You wish to ask for a cancellation. Prepaid money we have already received in such a case are deposited at Your personal user account and You will be able to use them for future purchase in

After Your money are deposited at Your personal user account You will be e-mailed a notification with Your deposit details. Next time purchasing You will have to e-mail us a request to charge Your deposit. Please note, that we are unable to cancel Your order or any item(s) in a particular order if Your order is already processed and sent to You.

How to obtain an information about Your order status?
If You wish to get the information about Your order status then please e-mail us with Your order number. Details regarding Your order status will be e-mailed to You.

Full cancellation of Your already prepaid order (service).
If for any reason You are not satisfied with items (services) You have purchased, please e-mail us specifying the cause. Each cancellation cases are discussed personally. For delays in delivery we carry limited responsibility.
